First we all went out to ice cream, smiled and had a good time. Clearly.

Then we ordered fries.  And they were good. Mid-eating of fries Seth left to ask the front for a drink of water and when he came back, the fries were...(gulp).... gone....What?  They were good. But when Seth returned, we REALLY realized we should have saved him some...  This was his reaction....

I shouldn't laugh.  But it was funny.  He was mad.  And suddenly our happy outing was a bitter disappointment.  With no left over fries. :) Ah the emotional roller coaster of a 6 year old and two greedy fry eating parents.

Cordelle and Mike from the Leavitt Group Holiday party.  They were the entertainment.  They were the hosts of their made-up awards show "The Dixies." Super funny!  They both did such a great job.  Its kind of nerve racking when your husband and his department are the entertainment for the entire company he works for.

I sent this picture to my mom so she could get some satisfaction out of the 18+ years of yelling at us about Laundry messes she'd find in the laundry room.  Ironically I had sent Seth down to find something out of the clean clothes baskets that had not been folded yet (I guess folded would have made it worse) but anyways later that day I came down to find this and laughed out loud that I too was following in my mothers footsteps and lecturing my children about clean clothes spread out on the floor and not putting them back int the baskets where they belong! 

This was actually at Thanksgiving which I just realized I didn't take any pictures of (except this).  Collin would laugh when Cordelle would lift him up like this.  It was super cute.  He loves his dad!

Seth and MY grandpa Durrant.  Grandpa always tells me he looked like Seth when he was younger.  I love him and am grateful I snuck this picture this thanksgiving of these two.

Jaquelle loves to be helpful and loving to Collin.  Sometimes it actually is helpful and loving.  :)
