Okay, so normally I dont like to post unless I have some pictures to go along with it (I know some of you out there only look at the pictures anyways). But for the purpose that I kind of want to use my blog as a journal for our family, sorry that you get a July monthly update with no accompanying photos.
SO...on the 3rd of July we went to Maple Grove for our annual Mason reunion, then hit up Grandma and Grandpa Masons in Aurora for the carnival and Awesome fireworks. Pretty sure I've scarred Seth for life because of the fireworks. Even now when he see's one of those airplanes that leave a trail behind them he points, looks very concerned, covers his ears and says "boom" and "loud." I guess sitting directly under the fireworks so you feel shrapnel falling on your face is a little too close for a toddler. By the way it was this night, where we believe in the midst of our rushing a tired, scared out of his mind toddler to the car that we think we left our camera somewhere in Aurora Park to be destroyed by the morning sprinklers, lawnmower or kid on a treasure hunt. The actual 4th of July was pretty lame cause we came back home cause Cordelle had work to do. But we hit up the local Enoch parade and saw all 4 entries within about 3 and 1/2 minutes. Seth fell asleep before fireworks this night, and in light of the previous nights melt down I decided to let him sleep through them.
The rest of the month has been CRAZY BUSY. Between finishing the basement bedroom and bathroom for Cassidy (Cordelle's neice) to come live with us and go to SUU, and finally doing our sprinklers and our yard, it has been non-stop work. Once I finally give up that my camera will ever be found and returned to me, I am going to go buy a new one. So I'll take pictures of it all and post it. I am so stoked for our front yard though, it really changes the look of your home. But no one told us putting in our own sprinklers and sod would take so much time. Oh well it will all be worth it.
Other than that its Pioneer Day and Cordelle is at work, so once again Seth and I will journey the parades alone and wait for Daddy to get home to enjoy the other local festivities (the joys of the small town). And once again no pics. Hopefully Seth will believe us one day when we tell him we really did do fun things with us despite not having the proof to show him.
Oh yea, and I'm almost 31 weeks, can you believe it? Only 9 more to go. But Im getting huge so the impatient countdown has unfortunately already begun. Seth is now singing almost all the words to Twinkle, Twinkle little Star and ABC's. He is still the sweetest little boy and loves to give hugs, kisses and to wrestle with his dad. Next month he will be 2! I cant believe it. Well that about sums us up here. Have a wonderful day in bloggerland...and if you really read this whole thing. KUDOS TO YOU.

Cheese!
Seth normally wont eat popsicles because their so cold but last night Cordelle got him to eat one. Of course it was getting all over him so he took a picture of him. Little did we know we'd get this face when we told him to smile. He looks like a little vampire eating a blood-sicle. But it was hillarious so I had to share it.
